Oracle Database 19c -- RMAN Recover Command Fails with ORA-600 [4014]

Problem

While trying execute RMAN recover command, you receive a failure:

RMAN-00600: internal error, arguments [4014] [1] [] [] []

Solution

This is probably caused by the problems with the space of FRA (Fast recovery area)

Check what FRA is not full.

If FRA appears that is not full, but you still get the error, try checking for expired files and delete them:

RMAN> crosscheck archivelog all;
RMAN> delete expired archivelog all;
