Problem
The DBA_HIST_WR_CONTROL view contains more than one rows. The DBID column has distinct values for each row.
Solution
It is OK to have multiple entries in DBA_HIST_WR_CONTROL as long as the DBIDs are different for each entry. The other DBIDs could be caused by RMAN duplicate/clone operations.
Deleting these entries is not possible in a supported way.
